• "Stable Owner" refers to users who list stables or equestrian facilities on the Platform.
• "Stable Seeker" refers to users searching for stables or equestrian facilities.
• "Listing" refers to any stable or facility published on the Platform.
• "Content" refers to text, images, videos, and any other materials uploaded to the Platform.
• "Subscription" refers to paid plans providing access to premium features.

3. Scope of Service

FindYourStable.com is a marketplace platform that connects stable owners with people seeking equestrian facilities. We provide the technology and platform to facilitate these connections.

We do not own, operate, or manage any stables listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any agreements made between stable owners and seekers.

• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any listed stable.
• We do not verify all information provided by stable owners.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Listing Policies

Stable owners must ensure their listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• All listing information must be truthful and accurate.
• Photos must represent the actual stable and not be misleading.
• Pricing and availability must be kept current.
• You may not list stables you do not own or have authority to list.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

All Platform content, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by FindYourStable.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, your listings will remain visible until your subscription expires, after which they will be deactivated.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Circumvent or disable security features of the Platform.
• Scrape or collect user data without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

11. Enforcement & Penalties

We reserve the right to take action against users who violate these Terms, including:

• Warning the user about the violation.
• Temporarily suspending the user's account.
• Permanently terminating the user's account.
• Removing or disabling offending content or listings.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement when appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindYourStable.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
